The MSC and ASC traceability certificates are signs of sustainable fish products
Kespro holds MSC and ASC certificates, which demonstrate the sustainability of its production of fish and shellfish products, as well as its supply chain. Certification allows Kespro and its certified customer restaurants to use the MSC and ASC environmental labels in their marketing, so diners can choose sustainable fish.
The MSC environmental label for fish or shellfish products indicates that the product is sourced from a sustainable fish stock and a responsible fishing business. The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) logo indicates that fish farming complies with strict environmental and social responsibility criteria.
Kespro favours products from sustainable fish stocks and suppliers certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), in line with K-Group's fish and shellfish statement.
