Allerum Präst is a traditional Swedish cheese. In the past, farms could pay tax to the church in the form of cheese, hence the name "Präst", which means priest. Allerum Präst has a rich and aromatic taste. Thanks to its fat content, the cheese melts beautifully softly, so it is an excellent choice for e.g. pies and warm sandwiches.
