Oven-Ready Tender Festive Turkey Fillet is a treat for special occasions. Take the meat into room temperature in its packaging 30 minutes before cooking. Do not open the packaging. Heat the oven to 150°C. Place the meat on an oven tray in its package with the label facing up. Remove the label. Cook on the lower level of oven for 2 hours. The package partly opens during cooking to allow for browning of the surface of the meat. Take the package carefully out of the oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Open carefully, avoid contact with the hot juice. Lift the meat onto another plate for slicing and use the juice for gravy, or slice the meat directly into the juice.
