Our beef roasting joints can be roasted whole in the oven or cut into pieces for use in stews. The meat has been aged under controlled conditions for guaranteed tenderness. The ageing process uses enzymes naturally present in the meat. Beef roasting joints are low in fat, and they do not have sinews or membranes. Atria’s beef are grass-fed and grown on Atria's family farms in Finland.
