The wines of the Monte dos Amigos range celebrate friendship. Amigo means friend in English. The wines are as pleasant and straightforward as good friends. The grapes were collected in the cool of the night to guarantee the freshness of the wine. After removing the stems, there was an 8-hour extraction before the alcohol fermentation of the wine. The grapes were gently pressed, after which the wine was allowed to ferment for 10 to 15 days in a cool environment (15 to 18 °C).
