In today’s world, things rarely align perfectly. Fortunately, this wine is all about being more than the sum of its parts. Loureiro brings peachy notes, Arinto offers citrus and herbs, Avesso adds acidity, and Trajadura brings nuance. In this case, we’re talking about five quarters. The vines, over 30 years old, grow in clay and granite soils. The grapes were hand-picked and sorted as whole bunches before destemming. Only the free-run juice was used, fermented in chilled stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (12–14°C) to create a bright, fresh wine.
