Cornish Gold Original Cyder is a great combination of years of expertise, hard work and passion for cider making. The result is a fresh and crisp, subtly bubbly and semi-dry apple cider. The bubble structure is quite small, which makes the mouthfeel wonderfully soft, the taste is light, which is also due to the rather low sugar content for a medium cider (39g/l). A beautiful, traditional apple cider, which goes well with cheeses or fatty fish, for example.
