Dansukker Jam-Marmalade Sugar is easy and quick to use. The jams are firmer, more fruity and less sweet than traditional jam. One packet (330 g) is an appropriate amount for one kilogram of fresh or frozen berries, seasonal fruits or vegetables. The cooking time of the jam/marmalade is only a few minutes. The product is also suitable for making jelly (2 packs per litre of juice).
