Jelly Sugar Multi is a 100% plant-based product. Its gelling agents are carrageenan and locust bean powder. The product is also suitable for decorative jellies for tarts (use 1 dl Jelly Sugar Multi/1–1.5 dl water) and berry desserts. Not suitable for preservation. Suitable for vegans.
