WhitePRO™ Salted Caramel drink is made of 99.8% egg white with a touch of added flavour. It keeps well unopened at room temperature but tastes best when enjoyed cold. The drink is easy to take with you as a snack and can be enjoyed on its own. You can also add WhitePRO Salted Caramel to coffee for a delicious flavour boost or foam it for desserts. Each bottle contains 24 g of high-quality, natural egg protein and is completely free from lactose, fat, gluten and sugar. The yolks separated during production are used in other products. WhitePRO™ is made from barn eggs. A 220 ml contains the equivalent of about 7.5 egg whites.
