This Divella’s casarecce pasta ”Trafilata al Bronzo”, is made like in the old days and pressed through bronze die inserts. This bronze-drawn method leaves the surface of the pasta rougher so that it soaks up the sauce better. Casarecce is about 5 cm long twist of pasta, slightly wrapped around itself. It suits perfectly for both thinner and thicker sauces. Cooking time 10 minutes.
