Rich and aromatic Riesling with ripe apples, peaches and apricots. The wine is semi-dry, medium acid, mineral and fresh. Domdechant Werner took over the winery in Hochheim in the Rheingau region in 1780. The farm makes wines as early as the seventh generation. The first mention of the Riesling grape is specifically from the village of Hochheim from 1435.
