WHOLE GRAIN RYE FLOUR AND KERNEL (52 %), water, WHEAT flour (ash content 1,4 %), syrup, BARLEY and RYE malt extract, RYE BRAN, yeast, iodized salt (0,7 %).  80 % of the grain used in baking is rye. Less salt. Rich in fibre. Ready product may contain also other allergens from the other products handled in the bake-off.
