Greek Dolma or vine leaf roll filled with herbal rice. The fresh, soft leaves of the vines are stuffed with rice seasoned with dill and mint, rolled into a roll and boiled. The wine leaf roll is a Mediterranean appetizer delicacy and is also excellent for vegetarians. The rolls are best slightly warmed, or served at room temperature.
