Galbani grated Parmigiano Reggiano is matured for min. 18 months, which gives the cheese a full bodied, matured and almost sweet taste. The grated cheese comes from 40 kg Parmigiano Reggiano wheels. Use the cheese as topping on hot dishes such as pasta to add extra flavor. Parmigiano Reggiano is made from unpasteurized cows milk and it is naturally lactose free cheese.
