Urisan tablets contain patented Cran-Max cranberry concentrate and inulin fibre. In the cranberry concentrate the whole berry has been utilized, and the concentrate’s active ingredients are in 34 times more concentrated form than in fresh cranberries and its activity is three times better than cranberry juice. Cran-Max cranberry extract has been produced by Bio-shield technology, which protects cranberry’s active ingredients being destroyed in the digestion when they can freely drift to their influencing area. Inulin produced by hot water extraction from chicory root (Cichorium intybus) is a gelling dietary fiber, which is nature's way of storing energy in an almost calorie-free form. The product does not contain ingredients of animal origin.
