This wine comes from the middle of beautiful nature in Redondo Alentejo, where the soil of the vineyards consists of clay and slate. The vineyards are surrounded by forest. The sun could easily toast the dark grapes into raisins, but Touriga Nacional does well here. The wine is robust and well-balanced, but at the same time fresh. A characterful wine from Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are machine harvested at night. Fermented in refrigerated steel tanks, where skin contact will continue for five to ten days afterwards. The final maturation takes place partly in French oak.
