Unseasoned HK Viljaporsaan ulkofileen puolikas half loin of grain-fed pork is a low-fat meat with a mild flavour suitable for many dishes. Grill it whole or cut into steaks, cubes or strips. In the oven, the pork sirloin is easy to prepare in an oven dish at a low temperature of 125 °C using a meat thermometer. The meat is ready when its internal temperature is 72 °C. HK Viljaporsaan ulkofilee sirloin is made of grain-fed pork responsibly reared on our Finnish family farms. The product has been awarded the Finnish Heart Symbol, which indicates that the product is a better choice in its product group regarding fat (quantity and quality) and salt. After use, recycle the packaging as plastic.
