Juustoportti’s Vapaan lehmän milk is collected from nearby contract farms and kept separate throughout the entire production chain. This way, you know what kind of milk you are buying. The milk’s longer shelf life also helps reduce food waste. Juustoportti’s free-moving dairy cows can move around freely, spend time outdoors all year round and graze in summer. Their welfare is assessed regularly using the international Welfare Quality® method. The assessment is carried out by an external expert. On Vapaan lehmän farms, animal welfare is at least at the enhanced level. The milk is GMO-free.
