In Aura, we have been working hard for a long time to make the perfect caramel sauce, and we are proud to say: now it's ready! Plenty of sauce (20%) accompanied with the best vanilla ice cream and crunchy caramel pieces - that's all you need for a complete taste experience! The story of Jymy began in 2014. From the very beginning, the vision was to make the best possible ice cream – and the key values are still the deliciousness, purity, genuine flavours, Finnish origin and responsibility. The organic milk we use comes from our own local farm, the Suominen family's homestead, and the berries from Finnish suppliers. We prepare everything we can ourselves: jams and sauces are boiled, pieces of dough are baked, butter is browned and caramel sauce is heated in the kitchen of our own small factory.
