The taste of Kalaonni’s smoked salmon products consist of both old and familiar and new flavors. We always cook the fish in the real heat of the alder smoke! All our smoked fish products are prepared locally in Kuopio. We also favor domestic ingredients: responsible fish farming, whose origin is well known.
