A strongly hopped, slightly cloudy full-malt IPA with a light amber hue. The delicious, citrusy and tropical flavours of the hops of the American Southeast provide strong support for the bitter, hops-forward character. The malt body balances the overall flavour, but in true West Coast style, it has a hops-forward palette. In the North American West Coast style, we recommend you try it with honey-marinated grilled salmon or teriyaki chicken. Best served at 8–10 °C.
