The dense sweetness of I trockenbeerauslese is one of the world's most sought-after drinks from a fresh acidity and wine. Sweet, full-bodied, very acidic, filling the senses with its aromas and a very comprehensive whole, whose sweet fruitiness and rich acidity are in perfect balance. Ivalta's highest Qualitätswein classification "Trockenbeerenauslese" can only be achieved by those developed in the autumn, when the weather conditions allow the grapes to ripen. Legislation controls both the minimum sugar content of grapes and the presence of noble mold. The grapes are collected by picking, the dense and sweet juice of the aged noble moldy grapes is only partially usable, partially the natural sugar of the grapes still exists.
