The Les Pierres Dorees (golden stones) wine series takes its name from the rocky slopes of La Montagne Noire, which the setting evening sun makes shimmer like molten gold. The grapes are cultivated on the lower slopes of this mountain range. The wine is medium-bodied and soft, it has cherry, fruity and herbal aromas. The aftertaste is long. A great pair for lighter meat dishes, strong fish and white mold or cream cheeses.
