The grapes of Leyda Garuma Sauvignon Blanc are picked from two different plots, from which the name Garuma is used. Garuma, or desert gull, is a typical bird living on the coast of Chile. The wine has been aged on lees for 6 months, which gives the wine roundness and improves the structure.
