Our sausage makers select the right cut details, grind them to the exact coarseness that is best for each recipe and ensure that the mince gets just the right fat content - for the sake of taste and juiciness. The mixture is then seasoned. Either with just a little salt, or according to one of the sausage makers' own recipes. Buy the minced meat as it is if you want to make luxurious hamburgers or delicious minced meat sauce. Our Saucisse de Toulouse is made from Swedish coarse ground pork. It is mildly seasoned with fresh herbs, nutmeg, ginger and cloves and stuffed with natural fibers. The result is a beautiful, juicy sausage with 92% meat content.
