Medela Harmony™ Manual Breast Pump is ideal for occasional pumping. It features the PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield and an ergonomic two-phase pump handle. Harmony is a quiet and discreet breast pump that is easy to use and clean. The handle allows switching between short, low-volume pumps (to stimulate milk flow) and longer, deeper pumps for optimal milk expression, mimicking a baby's natural feeding pattern. Keep in mind that you may need a different size breast shield than the one provided with the pump. The correct size is essential for successful pumping.

2-Phase Expression Technology
At the beginning of each feeding, a baby uses short, rapid sucking to stimulate the mother's let-down reflex. Once the milk begins to flow, the baby switches to slower, stronger suckling to draw as much milk as possible. Medela pumps replicate this natural sucking behavior of babies.

With a 105-degree opening angle, soft rim, and oval shape for a better fit, the PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield applies less pressure to the milk ducts than traditional breast shields, making pumping more effective and comfortable.
