This product is the first concrete step on the road to regenerative farming. Both roots of this product come from domestic cooperative farms that use regenerative farming methods. One of the goals of regenerative farming is to bind and store carbon in the soil, instead of releasing it into the atmosphere during cultivation. Efforts are made to reduce carbon emissions by, among other things, minimizing tillage during cultivation. In addition, with the methods of regenerative farming, cooperative farms aim to support the growth condition of the soil, for example by crop rotation.
