Grana Padano is an Italian semi-fat hard cheese made from raw milk. It has been produced in the Po River Valley, in Northern Italy since the 12th century and it's one of the best-selling DOP cheeses in the world. The taste of Grana Padano is mildly sweet, slightly sour and aromatic. The combination of flavors and textures makes Grana Padano a perfect choice to be used as any other grateable cheese or simply enjoyed as a chunk on its own. Aged for 16 months. It’s gluten free and lactose free.
