Risella Whole Grain Rice is cleaned, unpolished, round-grain rice that does not become sticky. Only the outermost husk has been removed, preserving the grain’s natural fibre, minerals, and vitamins. Risella whole grain rice has a brownish colour and remains darker after cooking than polished rice. It is ideal as a side dish as well as for casseroles, stews, baking, risottos, and salads. Cook the rice in plenty of water if you want a light and fluffy, separate texture.
