Green pepperoni peppers with a strong flavor, but not too hot. Pepperonis are narrow, long green peppers. They are perfect wrapped between pita or kebab bread. Also try them on pizza, in casseroles and as is with olives. If you do not use the entire contents of the jar at once, do not drain the brine. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
