The White BBQ Sauce Santa Maria BBQ Sauce Garlic & Black Pepper is a smooth and creamy sauce with garlic and spicyness from black pepper and cayenne. The inspiration comes from the white creamy sauces of the Albama area in the south of USA. Traditionally the sauce is used for glazing whole grilled chicken but works well as condiment for other grilled meats and as well as a salad dressning or as a topping for kebab.
