Spelt Flour is made from the core of the grain. It is suitable for many kinds of baking, such as buns, cinnamon rolls, crepes, pancake, sauces, pizza and pie dough, cakes, tarts, muffins and cookies. When baking with spelt, leave the dough looser than you normally would – you can substitute any flour with spelt, partly or wholly. Spelt is a tasty and highly nutritious indigenous grain.
