Tamminen organic airdried Crudo is made from 100% organic Finnish pork neck. These special cold cuts, prepared using a unique, slow air-drying method, are ideal for tapas or as a topping for salads, pizzas and sandwiches. A total of 147 g of meat is used for 100 g of finished product.
