Tamminen Organic pork ham roll is hand-cut and trimmed from 100% organic Finnish pork. This frozen, bone-free gammon in netting is salted fresh, and it comes with a layer of fat and skin on top. After defrosting, it can be cooked in the oven in its netting on a baking tray or in a low, wide oven dish. The use of an oven bag and meat thermometer is recommended.
