TEHO recovery drinks are made of Finnish milk and they are lactose- and gluten-free. The products are divided into two concepts based on the connection of use: strength and endurance training. TEHO Caramel recovery drink is intended for recovery from strength training or as a snack. TEHO Caramel does not contain added sugar, only the amount naturally present in milk. The product contains 28 g of protein per package and only 4.9 g/dl of carbohydrates. The product is sweetened with sweeteners but without aspartame.
