Torino Barley Grain is a multi-purpose side dish that can be used like rice. It is a Finnish, healthy alternative to rice, as it contains a high amount of fibre. Torino Barley Grain has a softer texture than Torino Wholegrain Barley and is more similar to rice. It is perfect as a side dish on its own, but can also be used in risottos, casseroles and as pastry filling.
