The fresh and marine scent offers appleiness, stony minerality and gentle herbiness. In the mouth, the wine is very light, tangy and acidic. Fresh Granny Smith apple, fresh herbs, gentle marine saltiness and bitterness can be found in the reduced and dry taste. The traditional Txakoli wine varieties ripen near the sea, are picked by hand and pressed with compressed air. Fermentation takes place under temperature control and matures on the lees.
