Urtekram’s red organic lentils, peeled and split. The lentils have a light, nutty and mildly sweet flavour. They are a great source of fibre and protein. The lentils are easy to use since they do not need to be pre-cooked. They are ready to be cooked after rinsing. Once cooked, the lentils are soft and are easily mashed.
