Valio Emmental red label 17% is a strong-flavoured and light Emmental cheese that our cheesemakers have matured for six months, following a traditional Emmental recipe. It has a characteristic and nutty taste, and it is very nuanced for a light cheese and ideal on bread and in cooking. Try it for gratinating, sauces, soups and salads. The product has been granted the Heart symbol by the Finnish Heart Association.
