This wine is 100% Garnacha, with the grapes grown at high altitude, benefiting from both Mediterranean and continental climate influences during the growing season. Temperature varies from one extreme to another, rainfall is minimal, and there is plenty of sunlight. Grapes were harvested in early October, and the grape juice fermented into wine in cooled stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of 15 - 16°C.
