Anna de Codorníu was the first cava to use the Chardonnay grape in the blend in addition to the usual cava grapes. Anna de Codorníu lived in the 17th century and was the last heir of Codorníu wine family to bear the name of Codorníu. Balanced and fruity cava with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. The wine has been matured in the bottle for more than 15 months, which brings roundness and roastiness to the taste.
