Halloumi is a very versatile cheese. It can be eaten on its own with fresh fruit, salad or wine. Halloumi can be grilled, fried and boiled because it does not melt when heated. To remove the extra saltiness, halloumi can be soaked in cold water for a few hours. In the 750g package, which is especially suitable for HoReCa customers, the cheese does not have the slotted hole, i.e. the cheese is not folded.
