Galbani Pecorino Romano is an Italian origin protected (DOP) sheep cheese that has been aged for 8 months. Aging gives an aromatic and rich taste, the saltiness of which is very clear, but balanced. Grated pecorino gives an extra boost to cooking - suitable for grated pasta or pizza and other warm dishes.
