Urban Riesling is a wine made from grapes picked from the Mosel River Valley, with a little residual sugar to balance the high acidity. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and matured in steel tanks to preserve its freshness and optimal fruity taste. The aroma is floral and slightly peachy. The taste is a combination of the rich minerality typical of Mosel wines and fresh fruitiness. An excellent pair with a variety of different dishes and, thanks to its residual sugar and fair acidity, it also works great with spicy dishes.
