A deliciously fruity and pure Chardonnay. The wine is produced in the village of Souvinargues, about 20 kilometers northeast of Montpellier. Oé's winemaker Thierry has created an unoaked, fresh, slightly pear-like and citrusy white wine that is at its best with fresh fish dishes. Enjoy, for example, with roasted whitefish and butter sauce.
