Suomen Sillikonttori dill-onion herringroller 280g/140g MSC
Suomen Sillikonttori´s Baltic herring products are domestic products that have been awarded both the Hyvää Suomesta label and the Key Flag Symbol. Baltic herring is caught from the Bothnian Sea and filleted and marinated in barrels in the fishing port of Uusikaupunki. Marinated fillets are packed by hand in glass jars in Rymättyläs traditional fishing harbour. Fresh Finnish sliced onion, as well as fresh herbs from domestic suppliers are used in manufacturing. Finnish Baltic herring is caught from MSC -certified sustainable fishery.
