Valio’s cheese masters matured the first Emmental cheese already in 1908 following the teachings of Swiss cheese masters. Traditional Emmental is identifiable by its nutty taste, hard texture and large holes. The highly aromatic and versatile Valio Mustaleima™ tastes good on its own and on a cheese platter.
