Originally developed by Trappist monks, Saint Paul cheeses have their roots in France. Our cheese masters at Lapinlahti mature it for at least three months. Valio Kappeli® is especially suitable for enjoying on its own, but you should also use it to upgrade sandwiches or a cheese salad.
