Valio Oltermanni® Port Salut is a mild, rich and matured Port Salut cheese. Its flavour is slightly richer than normal tilsit type cheese, and its texture is slightly softer. Valio Oltermanni® Port Salut is designed to suit the whole family’s tastes, just like the other Oltermanni® cheeses. It is ideal for both bread and cooking. All Valio Oltermanni® cheeses are made from Finnish milk and do not contain additives.
